Recently more and more tourists coming to Thailand. These are people who have repeatedly visited the Kingdom of Thailand, and want to meet him from the inside. They prefer to plan own journey: come up with a route to buy airline tickets, hotel reservations, rent a car, and do not depend on the proposed package tour operator.

Basically, the starting point of the journey to Thailand is Bangkok (on arrival) or Pattaya (nearest Coast from the airport). Among 5 Star Auto, you can take advantage of rent a car in Pattaya or car rent in Bangkok.

When booking a car in our company is worth to get info about a selected car, because car can be not avialible (especially in season from October to February). Just need to know all the rules and conditions of the car hire in Pattaya, which we describe in this article.

1. Rental price depends on the car and on the term of it's lease. The longer term - the lower daily rate. For corporate clients and contracts from two months, we offer special rates. In this case it's better to discuss with the manager of our company. Basic rental price you can find in our website CAR PARK.

Please note that during the period from December 15 to January 15, all rates are increased by 10%. If you contract for long term rental and it falls on the Christmas season, the price remains the same and does not increase. For customers renting a car for a long period, we are ready to buy a new car with mileage "0 km".

2. Minimum rental cotract is 3 days. In the period from December 15 to January 15 - the minimum rental period is 5 days. You will get a car with a full tank of gasoline. Upon delivery, the tank, must be full as well. Please note that in our cars smoking is strictly prohibited! If you return the car and we will find the smell of tobacco inside, we subtract 3 000 Thb from your deposit as much is a deep cleaning of the cabin costs. If in the car we will find damaged compartment (fabric, leather or other materials) the repair cost will also be deducted from the deposit.

3. To take advantage of car rental in Pattaya or rental car in Bangkok, you need: original passport and the original driving license. We do not take your documents as collateral - it's illegal! We simply make a copy and immediately give it back to you. Minimum drivers age - 21.

4. We have unlimited milage for all our cars, you can comfortably visit the provinces, cities and islands of Thailand. Travel outside the Kingdom is strictly prohibited!

5. Deposit for Honda and Toyota cars – 5 000 Thb. For premium cars - 50 000 Thb. Deposit is returned in full at the end of the lease. The only exceptions are those cases in which the accident occurred because of the tenant. Thus the deposit can be held partially or in full, depending on the damage caused to the vehicle. In our company you will not lose money, greater than the deposit. Unlike many other companies operating in the city, we do not charge a fee for a simple car service in the event of an accident. Deposit - an absolute franchise established by the insurance company, all the damage above the insurer will cover the cost of the franchise! Please note if the tenant was driving drunk or drugged and got in an accident, the tenant pays for the whole damage to all vehicles / affected people involved in the accident, including the leased vehicle.

6. We will deliver a car to Pattaya absolutely free of charge to your hotel, condominium, office or village. Within a radius of 15 km from Pattaya car delivery costs 500 Thb, Suvurnaphum Airport (Bangkok) – 1 500 Thb. In other cases, you need to discuss delivery price with our manager.

7. When we delivery a vehicle, you have to pay for the full term of the lease plus deposit. If the lease is valid more than one month, payable monthly. We recommend to you to inspect the vehicle for chips, dents and scratches. All our cars are new, in excellent condition, however, to avoid further problems and disputes, it is strongly recommended to you to do so.

8. In case of an accident will never leave the place (you'll be found guilty) and immediately call us on the hotline number, which is open 24 hours and maintained in 6 languages. We will immediately send emergency commissioner and call traffic police. If you are in Pattaya or it's surroundings, our manager, also come to the place of accident and will cooperate fully. In case of an accident, we will give you a spare car for free!

9. Also we propose to rent child seats "0-5 years" and navigation systems in your language. The cost of renting one unit is 100 Thb per day or 1 500 Thb per month. But we strongly recommend the use of a navigation system SYGIC Southwest Asia, which you can buy in a store of your mobile device (iOS or Android) for 30 USD.

10. As we have already mentioned, client support service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Get more information or book a car you can at the same phone from 10 am to 10 pm.
